48"W x 48"H x 36"L Wisconsin Cabinet Oven, 650°F, Electric

Single door with high temperature ceramic/SS mesh gasketing and Brixon spring tension latches for a good door seal. Door limit switch cuts power to heating elements and circulating fan when the door is open. Aluminized steel interior with 8 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 3 shelves are included with this oven. Tubular style heating elements and direct drive 3400 CFM @ 3 HP circulating fan are located above the work chamber. Heated air is circulated across the heating elements and distributed through the chamber in a horizontal pattern for good uniform heating. An air flow safety switch cuts power to the heating elements if the circulating fan is not operating. This oven has two (2) 8" diameter modulating dampers mounted on top of the oven, 1 for exhuast and 1 for fresh air. This oven has a six (6) point TC jack for multi-point temperature readings inside the oven. Drawing states this oven has a 9-Point +/- 10°F temperature uniformity. This oven was previously used for composite curing and has a six (6) port vacuum manifold mounted on the back side of the oven with quick connects. Please note that vacuum pump is missing. Oven can be used as a standard convection oven. Layout drawing below.

Controls are located in a right-hand side "UL" rated control cabinet which houses a Eurotherm "nanodac" digital temperature control/recorder with USB port. Eurotherm 7SL Limitrol digital high limit mounted inside the control panel. Control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted in the face of the control cabinet. Watlow Din-a-mite SSR, motor starters, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. This oven has an E-Stop button which shuts down the oven completely. Fused disconnect is mounted on the back side of control panel. Drawings are included with this oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. OVEN IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION
