Double doors with silicon rubber gasket and "Brixon" spring tension latches for a good door seal. auminized steel interior and insulated floor with 4” wide cart tracks on 48" centers, no cart is included with this oven. The heating elements and fresh air inlet are located on the rear outside wall behind the heated area. A 2 HP, direct driven circulating fan is mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the oven. Oven is in LIKE NEW Condition. Manual and Drawings are included with this oven.

Controls are located in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven and includes a Watlow EZ-Zone Digital Temperature Controller and High-Limit. Contr switches with indicating lights are flush mounted on the front of the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, contactor, high limit contactor, etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.
