Single door with 4 cam action positive seal latches with inner/outer stainless steel door gasket for a good seal. Stainless steel interior with 7 shelf brackets on 4" centers, two (2) shelves are included with this oven. Coiled style heating elements and circulating fan are located under the floor pan. Heated air is circulated horizontally across the chamber. Exhaust port and adjustable fresh air inlet are mounted on the left-hand side. The door limit switch cuts power to fan and elements when the door is open. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a right-hand side mounted enclosure. There is a Watlow EZ-ZONE digital temperature controller and a Partlow analog high limit. "CRYDOM" solid state relays, high limit contactor, motor starter etc are mounted inside this enclosure. Flush mounted to the face of the enclosure includes a toggle switch for power on/off, OTP reset and indicating lights.
