48"W x 72"H x 60"L, Grieve, Gas Fired Walk-In Oven, 500°F

Double doors with ceramic fiber door gaskets, Brixon spring tension latches and door limit switch. Stainless steel interior with a non-insulated floor and a removable 2 tier roller table. The gas burner fires into the combustion chamber above the work area. All gas train components and flame safety relay are located on top of the oven. Circulating fan is mounted through the top rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a combination vertical and horizontal pattern across the chamber. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on the top rear of the oven. Manual and drawings are included with this oven. Oven, circulating fan, exhaust fan and controls have been tested. See videos

Controls are housed in an enclosure mounted to the right-hand side of the oven includes a Partlow 1400 plus digital temperature controller and a Partlow 1161 plus digital high limit. On/Off/Run selector switch, reset button, start/stop button for blower & exhauster, signal lights for exhauster, blower, purge and 'E-Stop" button are all mounted to the face of the enclosure.
