Midbrook 5036 W/R/BO, 36"W Stainless Steel Washer

Stainless steel conveyor belt washer with 1" x 1" flat wire belt with w/1 to 6 FPM belt speed. This washer has has spray nozzles located on top, both sides and bottom. Washer sequence is as follows: 3'L load section x 10'L wash section x 8'L rinse section x 6'L regenerative blow-off 2'6"L unload section. Load/Unload height is 3'H. Wash section has a Kerr vertical pump with 7.5 HP motor rated for 200 GPM, 40 psi. Rinse section has a Kerr vertical pump with 5 HP motor rated for 150 GPM, 40 psi. Eclipse 1.5 MBTU Immerso-Jet burner for heating wash and rinse tanks. 500-gallon wash tank and 375-gallon rinse tank.
