66"W x 42"H x 53"L, Grieve HC-500 Cabinet Oven, Gas Fired, Double Doors, Double Ended

This oven has double swing doors on both sides with Brixon door latches and ceramic fiber gasketing for a good door seal. Oven interior is constructed of stainless steel. Oven has two (2) removable shelf assemblies. Each assembly has six (6) shelf brackets measuring 24" wide x 53" long on 5" centers. No shelves are included with this oven. Side mounted "MIDCO" Incinomite package type burner with Eclipse SSV, electronic spark ignition and Honeywell flame safety. 1.5 H.P. recirculating fan and burner is located above the work area and distributes heat horizontally. A powered exhaust blower is mounted on top of this oven. This oven includes a center post for both doors to seal against. Each side has an internal width of 31-1/2 inches.

Controls are located in a UL listed electrical enclosure attached to the side of the oven. Partlow 1400 digital temperature controller and Watlow digital high limit. Signal lights and pushbuttons for exhauster, fan, purge, and pilot light mounted to face of the panel. Oven includes side mounted fused disconnect.
