This oven has double swing doors with Brixon door latches. Aluminized steel interior with insulated floor and grooves for included cart. Cart has ten (10) shelf brackets on 6" centers, four (4) shelves are included. Side mounted "MIDCO" Incinomite package burner with Honeywell flame safety, spark ignition and combustion air filter. Rear mounted 5 HP recirculating fan distributes heat horizontally throughout the work area. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. Manual and drawings are included with this oven.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the ovens includes the following: A Watlow F4 digital programmable controller and Partlow 1161+ digital high limit. Switches, signal lights and E-Stop button flush mounted to the face of the enclosure.
