NFPA 86 Class A double door batch oven with silicone rubber door gasketing and aluminized steel interior with steel plate floor. Left hand door has Brixon door handle with spring tension latch which serves as the explosion relief. This door also has a door limit switch. Right hand side door is locking cam action type. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls. Dual direct drive 3/4 HP circulating fans mounted on both sides of the heat plenum. Mounted in the same plenum includes a Maxon "APX" package type burner (Size 5 APX) with spark ignition, Fire Eye flame safety w/flame rod. Gas train includes Dungs pressure regulator with double Dungs gas valves. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. Lifting eyelets are located on top. Oven is rated for .65 gallons of solvent MAX per batch. OVEN IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the right hand side of the oven. There is a Partlow MRC 5000 digital temperature recorder and a West PRO-EC44 digital temperature controller. Mounted inside the control panel is a Watlow Limit LV digital high limit. Control switch with indicating lights is flush mounted to the side of the enclosure. Contactors, motor starters, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. A fused disconnect switch is attached to the side.
