NFPA 86 Class A Oven with double doors on one end, each door has heavy gauge strap hinges and Brixon spring tension latches. High temperature gaskets provide a good door seal. Stainless steel interior with an insulated floor. Floor has 4" wide tracks on 32" centers. Adjustable louvered air duct panels on both side walls. The belt driven high volume circulating fan (10 HP) mounts through the rear wall and includes tubular style heating elements located in a separate plenum. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Motorized fresh air inlet is mounted on the rear exterior wall. Oven has three (3) separate element banks that can be operated independently. A powered exhaust fan with motorized damper is located on top of the oven. This oven is rated for solvents and has a Class A designation from the manufacturer. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. Guard for recirculating fan will be installed prior to shipping. Exhauster is currently removed and will be reinstalled prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the left-hand side of the oven. A West PRO-EC44 digital programmable temperature controller with USB interface and two (2) Partlow 1161+ digital high limits. (1 is for heat chamber and the other is for the work area) Control switches with indicating lights for exhaust, recirculating fan and each element bank are flush mounted to the side of the enclosure. Solid state relays, contactors, motor starters, fuses, purge time and relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. Also included are three (3) AC amp meters which monitors amperage on each element leg.
