Description
Midbrook Products electrically heated four (4) stage stainless steel belt washer. Part envelope is 18" wide x 12" high. Conveyor belt consists of a flat wire mesh which has 1/2" x 1" openings. Conveyor belt is driven by a 1/2 HP variable speed drive. Washer sequence is as follows: 18" long load end x 48" long heated wash section x 48" long heated rinse section x 24" long blow-off x 72" long dry off. See included drawings below for additional specifications.
NEMA 12 enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the washer. Controls consists of an Allen Bradley PLC w/HMI touchscreen interface.
