Double doors with Brixon spring tension latches and ceramic fiber/SS mesh tadpole style gasket for a good door seal. Stainless steel interior with 5 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with this oven. Heating elements and 1/2 HP direct drive circulating are located in a plenum behind the rear interior wall. Fresh air inlet is located at the circulating fan motor. Exhaust port is located on top of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back airflow pattern through the chamber for good uniform heating. Oven is tested and ready to ship.

Controls are located in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right hand side of the oven. Watlow F4 digital /programmable digital temperature controller, Watlow EZ-ZONE digital high limit control switches with indicating lights and E-Stop button are flush mounted to the face of enclosure. Control and high limit contactors, motor starter, fuses, relays, etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.
