24"W x 17" High x 10' Long, Lewco Belt Conveyor Oven, Electric, Class A, Solvent Rated, 500-F

Continuous variable speed (1 FT/MIN) NFPA Class A solvent rated conveyor oven with a 304 SS 1" x 1" flat wire belt. Oven has a 24" long load and 41" long unload. The 1 HP/700 CFM circulating fan, heating elements and 1/4 HP-250 CFM powered exhaust fan are located in a separated plenum above the conveyor belt/work area. Heated air is circulated horizontally throughout the oven. Electrical drawings are included with the oven.

Controls are located in an "NEMA 12" rated enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. Eurotherm "NANODAC" digital temperature controller with ethernet IP communications and a Eurotherm "3216i" digital high limit. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, exhaust fan, conveyor belt, belt speed controller etc. are flush mounted to the enclosure door. Motor starters, purge timers, fuses, relays, Watlow "Din-a-mite" SSR'r and a Allen Bradley "PowerFlex 525" variable frequency drive are mounted inside the enclosure. There a total of five (5) push/pull e-stop buttons, 1 at each corner of the oven and 1 mounted to the face of the panel door. This oven is equipped with a LEL gas detector.
