19"W x 18" High x 120" Long, New England Oven Belt Conveyor Oven, Electric, 850-F

Continuous variable speed (1 FT/MIN) single lane conveyor oven with a 304 SS 1" x 1" flat wire belt. Oven has a 24" long loading area prior to the 120" long heated section. Following the heated area is a 41" long unload table. The circulating fan, heating elements and powered exhaust fan are located in a separated plenum above the conveyor belt/work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the conveyor belt. Electrical drawings are included with the oven.

Controls are located in an "NEMA 12" rated enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. Eurotherm "NANODAC" digital temperature controller and Barber Colman "7SL Limitrol" digital high limit. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, exhaust fan, conveyor belts, etc. are flush mounted to the enclosure door. Motor starters, fuses, relays, Watlow SCR's and a Allen Bradley "PowerFlex variable frequency drive are mounted inside the enclosure.
