Single door with dual Brixon spring tension latches and silicon rubber gasket for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with 5 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with this oven. Heating elements are located behind each interior sidewall. The 1/2 HP direct drive circulating fan is located in a separate plenum behind the rear interior wall. Fresh air inlet is located at the circulating fan motor. Exhaust port is located on top of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back airflow pattern through the chamber for good uniform heating. This oven has a door limit switch which cuts power to the heating elements and blower when the door is open. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are located in a "UL" rated enclosure mounted on top of the oven which includes a Partlow analog temperature controller and Partlow analog high-limit. Control switch for heat on/off, start/stop pushbutton for blower and signal lights for heat & blower. Control and high limit contactors, motor starter, fuses, relays, etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.
