48"W x 36"H x 36"L Wisconsin Cabinet Oven, 650°F, Electric, Vacuum Composite Cure

Single door with high temperature ceramic/SS mesh gasketing and Brixon spring tension latches for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with 3 shelf brackets on 12” centers, 3 shelves are included with this oven. Tubular style heating elements and direct drive 3400 CFM @ 3 HP circulating fan are located above the work chamber. Heated air is circulated across the heating elements and distributed through the chamber in a horizontal pattern for good uniform heating. An air flow safety switch cuts power to the heating elements if the circulating fan is not operating. 4” diameter gravity exhaust on top of the oven. Fresh (4”) air inlet mounted on the right-hand side. This oven has a 24 point TC jack for multi-point temperature readings inside the oven. Drawing states this oven has a 9-Point +/- 10°F temperature uniformity @ 250-F and 650-F AMS 2750D. This oven was previously used for composite curing and has a 12 vacuum port vacuum manifold mounted on the back side of the oven with quick connects hoses inside the oven. Please note there is no vacuum pump included with this oven. Oven can be used as a standard convection oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. OVEN IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION

Controls are located on the right-hand side in a "UL" rated control cabinet with fused disconnect. Includes a Honeywell DCP 50 digital temperature control, Honeywell UDC120L digital oven high limit, Honeywell UDC 120L digital process high limit and a Honeywell Multitrend SX paperless recorder.

Control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted in the face of the control cabinet. Watlow Din-a-mite SSR, motor starters, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. Drawings are included with this oven.
