This oven has double doors on one end with "Brixon" door latches, insulated floor with high temperature ceramic fiber door gasketing. Side mounted "Incinomite" package burner with Honeywell flame safety and spark ignition. Heated air is circulated horizontally via rear mounted 5 HP recirculating fan. Powered exhauster is located on the rear of the oven.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven includes a Honeywell digital temperature controller and digital high limit. Panel is complete with control switches, signal lights, motor starter, fuses, etc.
