Despatch TAD walk-in/truck oven with double doors, cam action positive seal latch and silicon rubber gasket for a good tight door seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched side wall air duct panels and insulated floor with cart tracks (48” centers) Coiled style heating elements are located above the work chamber. Direct driven circulating fan is mounted through the right hand side wall above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL rated control cabinet with disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. There is a Despatch Protocol plus digital control which operates as a dual functioning controller/high limit. This Protocol plus provides three primary operating modes with the 1st being manual in which the oven operates continuously at fixed temperature until turned off. 2nd is timer mode in which oven operates at a fixed temperature for a specified time then shuts off. 3rd is profile mode in which temperature increases or decreases as defined by segments with ramp and soak profiles. Control switches for power on/off, heat on/off are flush mounted in the front panel. Watlow solid state relays for heating elements, high limit contactor, purge timer, motor starters, fuses etc. are also located inside the control cabinet.
