38"W x 38"H x 26"L, Precision Quincy, 350°F, Class A Solvent Rated Cabinet Oven

NFPA 86 Class A oven rated for use with some solvents. (See data tag) Double doors with Brixon spring tension latches and silicon rubber gasket for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with perforated air duct side wall panels. 2 shelves are included. Coiled style heating elements and direct driven circulating fan are below the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber. Adjustable fresh air inlet is located on the left-hand side. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a "UL" rated cabinet located on the right-hand side of the oven. Controls consist of a Honeywell UDC digital for temperature, Partlow digital for high limit and a Honewell digital round chart recorder. This oven also has a digital process timer with an on/off switch. Switches with signal lights for exhuaster, circulating fan etc. flush mounted to the face of the control cabinet. Contactors, high limit contactor, motor starer, purge timer, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside.
