Controls are mounted in a single door enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right hand side of the furnace. There is a Nanodac digital temperature controller/recorder, a Partlow digital high limit flush mounted in the door of the enclosure along with switches for the control power, circulating fan, heat and alarm silencer etc. A Watlow Din-O-Mite power controller for heating elements, high limit contactor, motor starter, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.

Pneumatically operated vertical lift door with hand operator control valve. Stainless steel interior with punched louvered side wall and roof air duct walls. Tubular style heating elements are mounted through the top and are located behind the side wall air duct panels. Belt driven circulating fan is mounted above the work area. Heated air is circulated across the heating elements out both side wall panels and returns through roof creating a combination horizontal / vertical air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Door limit switch cuts power to heating elements when the door is open. Door frame is removed for shipping.
