60"W x 72"H x 96"L, Precision Quincy Class A Gas Fired Walk-In Oven, 850°F, Solvent Rated

NFPA 86 Class A Oven with double doors on one end, each door has heavy gauge strap hinges and Brixon spring tension latches. Silicon rubber gaskets provide a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with an insulated floor and floor tracks. Floor tracks are 4-1/2" wide on 38" centers. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls. The 7.5 HP belt driven high volume (6600 CFM) circulating fan mounts through the rear wall and includes a Eclipse 236 JIB-F package burner with flame safety and spark ignition. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. This oven is rated for solvents and has a Class A designation from the manufacturer.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL listed enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. A Honeywell UDC 2300 digital temperature controller, two (2) Honeywell UDC 2000 digital high limits, digital timer and circular chart recorder. Control switches with indicating lights for exhaust, recirculating fan, etc. mounted to the face of the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, purge timer and relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
