Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors and viewing windows on each door. Ceramic fiber door gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Heating elements and 10 HP/8600 CFM direct drive circulating fan are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Oven was removed from service fully operational. See drawing for more information.

Control cabinet is mounted and wired in an enclosure attached to the left-hand side of the oven. Located inside the control panel includes, motor starters, high limit Contactor and Watlow Din-O-Mite solid state relays. Oven was previously monitored using a Compudas (www.compudas.com) data acquisition system which is not included.

Oven will ship with a new digital temperature control and a new digital high limit for buyer installation.
