Description
Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors on one end with ceramic fiber gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Side mounted Eclipse package burner with UV flame safety and electronic spark ignition. Circulating fan and powered exhaust fan are located on top of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a full combination (vertical and horizontal) pattern across the work area for good uniform heating.
Controls are mounted and wired in a NEMA 12 enclosure with fused disconnect on the right-hand side of the oven. Controls include a Honeywell UDC digital programmable/ramping temperature controller and a Barber Colman Limitrol 7SL digital high limit mounted inside the enclosure. This oven has the Wisconsin "WATCH DOG" oven management system with digital timer and auto shutdown. Control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted to the front of the enclosure door. Motor starters, fuses, purge timer, etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
