36"W x 24" High, 3-Stage Continental Equipment Belt Washer, Gas Fired, Stainless Steel

Description:

Heavy duty three (3) stage stainless steel conveyor belt washer (1" x 1" flat wire belt) with natual gas heated wash, natural gas heated rinse and ambient blow-off. Washer sequence consists of the foillowing: 36" long load end x 48" long entrance vestibule x 96" long wash vestibule x 60" long drain x 36" rinse x 48" long drain x 48" long blow-off x 36" long unload end. This washer has a 60HP, 475 GPM wash pump and a 10 HP, 200 GPM rinse pump. Both stages have 400 micron filter sytems. Heating system for the wash and rinse tanks consists of two (2) Eclipse 6" IMMERO-JET package burner systems with spark ignition, Honeywell Flame Safety w/UV scanners. Washer belt was removed for cleaning and will be shipped loosely on a skid for buyer installation. Also induded is oil separator with skimmer.

Controls:

Mounted and wired in a NEMA style enclosure with fused disconnect includes two (2) Honeywell UDC digital temperature controllers for wash and rinse, Allen Bradely VFD for conveyor drive rated for 1 to 8 F.P.M., Honeywell Flame Relays, motor starters etc. Flush mounted to face of this enclosure includes Allen Bradley pushbuttons and signal lights.
