Description
Wisconsin Class A Walk-In Oven with double doors on one end with ceramic fiber gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Rear mounted circulating fan, heating elements and powered exhaust fan to reduce overall heaight of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a full combination (vertical and horizontal) pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Drawings are included with this oven. Oven will ship in 2 separate sections. This is oven is rated for solvents. See drawing for more information.
Controls are mounted and wired in a NEMA 12 enclosure with on the left-hand side of the oven. Controls include a Honeywell UDC digital programmable/ramping temperature controller, Barber Colman Limitrol 7SL digital high limit and process timer. High limited is mounted inside the enclosure. Control switches with indicating lights for control power, safe guards met, purging, heat on, excess temperature etc are flush mounted to the face of the enclosure. Watlow Din-O-Mite SSR, motor starters, fuses, purge timer etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
