TM Super Series Vacuum Furnace, 12”W x 12”H x 24”L. 2400-F, 2 Bar, Diffusion Pump

Horizontal front loading double wall vacuum furnace with stainless steel chamber. Door consists of six (6) pneumatically operated clamps for 2-Bar pressure. All metal Hot-Zone (Moly) consisting of Moly layers backed by stainless steel, 2" Moly band type heating elements and Moly hearth assembly. Furnace is equipped with a diffusion pump, mechanical pump and holding pump. Cooling consists of a 10 HP with heat exchanger.

Controls are mounted and wired on the self contained system and includes a Allen Bradley PLC w/HMI Interface, Partlow digital high limit, AC Amps/Volt Meters for front center and rear zones, Televac vacuum controller and Three (3) Control Concepts SCR power controllers for each zone.
