Double door truck oven with 3-point cam action latch with silicon rubber door gasket for a good seal. Each door has door stops to keep doors open while loaded/unloading oven. Aluminized steel interior with perforated air duct side wall panels. Coiled style heating elements and direct driven circulating fan are above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber. Adjustable fresh air inlet and exhaust port is located on the left-hand side. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Control panel is located on the right-hand side of the oven. This cabinet includes a Partlow/Blue M Stat 1900 digital temperature control, Yokogawa TC10-L digital high limit and a Omron digital process timer. A power toggle switch with indicating light for on/off is flush mounted in the face of the cabinet. Solid state power relays, high limit contactor, motor starer, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside. Fused disconnect is mounted on the back side of the control panel cabinet.
