Description
Wisconsin Batch Oven with double swing out doors, ceramic fiber door gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches for an excellent door seal. Oven floor will handle 9,000 pounds evenly distributed. Stainless steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both floor and ceiling. Mounted on the right-hand side of the oven includes an Eclipse AH package burner with spark ignition and UV scanner. Also on the same side includes a 20 HP (21,000 CFM) circulating fan. Both are located in a separate plenum the above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a vertical air flow pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. There is a 4300 CFM, 3 HP powered exhauster located on the left-hand side of the oven. This oven has one (1) fresh air inlet with modulation for a quick cool. Controls are mounted and wired in a "UL" certified enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the left-hand side of the oven. Honweywell DCP programmable/ramping digital control, Barber Colman digital high limit and Honeywell EZ-TREND paperless recorder. Honeywell flame safety with 6 minute purge.
