Controls are mounted and wired in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Watlow EZ-ZONE digital temperature controller and high limit. Control switches with indicating lights are flush mounted to the front of the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
