This oven has an NFPA 86 Class A designation from the manufacturer. (See General Arrangement Drawing for Specifics) This oven has double doors on one end, doors have heavy gauge door hinges with "Brixon" spring tension latches and silicon rubber gasketing which provides a good door seal. Door limit switch cuts power to heating elements when the doors are open. Aluminized steel interior with a steel plate floor. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls. Top mounted heater box which includes a high volume (8000 CFM, 5 H.P.) circulating fan and tubular style heating elements. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Top mounted powered exhauster. *****Note: Oven is currently disassembled for shipping. Oven ships in three (3) separate sections. Each section has lifting lugs.

Controls are mounted and wired in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Includes Watlow EZ-ZONE digital temperature controller, Watlow EZ-ZONE digital high limit and Eagle Signal digital process timer. Control switches with indicating lights for control on and heat are mounted to the front of the enclosure. Indicating light for purge complete. Motor starters, fuses, relays, purge timer, Watlow Din-A-Mite solid state relays, etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. Manual and drawings are included with this oven.
