Controls are mounted in a small "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right hand side of the oven. There is a Yokogawa digital temperature controller and a Partlow analog high limit. Push button start / stop switches with indicating light for heat, circulating blower, exhaust fan, purge etc. are flush mounted in the enclosure. Control contactors, high limit contactors, motor starters, fuses, relays, purge timer etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.

Double door batch oven with door limit switch. Each door has a woven fiberglass gasket and a spring tension latch for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with a steel plate floor. Punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and the roof. Heating elements are located behind the work area. Belt driven circulating fan is mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated out both side wall air ducts and returns through the roof creating a combination airflow pattern for good uniform heating. A powered exhauster is located on top of the oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping and includes manual and drawings.
