Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors on one end. Ceramic fiber door gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Oven floor consists of and insulated floor with cart tracks. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Eclipse package burner circulating fan are located in a separate dog house the above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. There is a powered exhauster located on top of the oven. Oven was removed from service fully operational.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL certified enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Temperature control and high limit consists of a digital Honeywell UDC controllers. Eclipse Veri-Flame with UV sensor and spark ignition. Switches and signal lights for control power, recirc. fan, combustion air blower, exhaust fan, burner, purge, purge complete and burner on. Oven also has a digital timer.
