Double doors with silicone rubber gasket and "Brixon" spring tension latches with stainless steel interior and 6" insulation. The insulated floor has 2" wide cart tracks on 36" centers. The heating elements are located on the right-hand side. There is a 2 HP direct driven circulating fan mounted through the rear wall. Door limit switch cuts power to the heating elements when the door is open. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. Fresh air inlet is located on the back side above the element plenum. Oven includes one (1) stainless-steel roll in cart. Each cart will accept 12 shelves which are 42" x 42" on 4" centers. 15 shelves total. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. Oven is in excellent to LIKE NEW condition.

Controls are located in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven and includes a Watlow F4 digital temperature controller, Watlow EZ-ZONE digital high limit control and Honeywell EZ-Trend digital paperless recorder. Push button and switches with indicating lights are flush mounted on the front of the enclosure door. Also mounted to the front of the enclosure door, includes a Panasonic digital timer and push/pull e-stop button. Motor starters, fuses, high limit contactor, Watlow "Din-a-mite" SSR etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.
