48"W x 72"H x 48"L, Wisconsin Oven SDB-8128-12G, Gas Fired, 1250°F

Standard SDB Wisconsin Oven with an air operated vertical lift door with a manual safety latch and air operated safety latch. High temperature ceramic fiber gasketing, stainless steel interior and insulated floor. Floor has rails which are on 36" centers. Fully adjustable “H” pattern ductwork located on both sidewalls and ceiling for excellent temperature uniformity. Eclipse 236 JIB Package Burner (Spark Ignition/Flame Road) and 10,000 CFM (15 H.P.) circulating fan are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated out both side wall air ducts and returns through the roof creating a combination airflow pattern. 6" exhast port and 6" fresh air inlet mounted on the back side. Controls are located in an enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the left-hand side of the oven. Temperature controls consist of a Eurotherm digital temperature controller, Eurotherm "Nanodac" digital paperless recorder, dual digital high limits (heat chamber and work area). Burner control system consist of a Honeywell Flame Relay with remote operator control mounted to the front of the face of the control panel. Control switches and signal lights for control power, burner on/off, process timer on/off, circulating fan etc. are flush mounted in the enclosure. Also includes E-Stop switch and process timer.
