Grieve WTC686-500 double door walk-in oven with doors on both ends. Doors have a woven fiberglass gasket and a spring tension latch for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and the roof which provides combination air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Top mounted removable heat chamber houses tubular style heating elements and a 5 HP circulating fan. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are located in a “UL Rated” attached to the right-hand side of the oven. There is a Honeywell UDC digital temperature controller and a Honeywell UDC digital high-limit. Start button for blower, on/off switch for heat and a push/pull syle E-Stop switch. Fused disconnect mounted behing the control panel on the right-hand side.
