Double doors on one end with heavy gauge strap hinges and "Brixon" spring tension latches. High temperature ceramic fiber gasketing provides a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior "Jensen" style ductwork. The 3 H.P. belt driven (3600 CFM) circulating fan and heating element assembly is mounted in a separate dog house on top of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a combination horizontal/vertical pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A 400 CFM powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. Door limit switch cuts power to the heating elements when the door is open. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. Manual and Drawings are included with this oven.

Controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the left-hand side of the oven. There is a Eurotherm (Barber Colman) digital programmable temperature controller and a Eurotherm (Barber Colman) digital high limit. Control switches, E-Stop and indicating lights are flush mounted to the face of the enclosure. Motor starters, fuses, relays, purge timer, SCR. etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet.
