Double doors with woven fiberglass tadpole style gasket and spring tension latch provide a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with an insulated floor. Adjustable louvered side wall air duct panels are located on each side. The coiled style heating elements and belt driven circulating fan are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber for good uniform heating. Door limit switch cuts power to heating elements when the door is open. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven. This oven is rated for use with some solvents. See manufacturer data tag. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

A double door enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. A through door disconnect handle operates a fused disconnect switch. Watlow EZ-ZONE series digital temperature controller, Barber Colman analog high limit and process timer are flush mounted in the enclosure along with power meter and control switches with indicating lights. High limit contactor, Control Concepts SCR, motor starter, fuses, relays and purge timer are mounted in the control cabinet. This oven also includes a Honeywell DR 4300 digital circular recorder.
