Walk-In oven with double doors on one end, heavy gauge strap hinges on each door, “Brixon” spring tension latches and silicone rubber gasket for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. The belt driven high volume circulating fan and tubular style heating elements located in a separate dog house mounted on top of the oven. Heated air is circulated in a full horizontal and vertical pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. Powered exhaster is mounted on top of the oven. Oven will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL listed enclosure attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Control switches with indicating lights for exhast fan, recirculating fan, each element bank etc. are flush mounted to the face of the enclosure. Relays, contactors, motor starters, fuses and relays etc. are mounted inside the control cabinet. Heating elements are wired in three (3) separate banks (Bank 1 and 2 = 12 kW each, Bank 3 = 9 kW)) which provides the option of operating the oven at reduced power.
