50"W x 50"H x 50"L, Precision Quincy, 850°F, Class A Solvent Rated Cabinet Oven, Gas Fired, +/- 10°F Uniformity

NFPA 86 Class A oven rated for use with some solvents. (See data tag) Double doors with Brixon spring tension latches and ceramic fiber gasket for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with perforated air duct side wall panels. 2 shelves are included. Eclipse JIB 236 burner is mounted on the left-hand side of the oven and the 5 HP belt driven circulating fan mounted on the right-hand side below the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber for good uniform heating (+/- 10°F uniformity) Adjustable fresh air inlet is located on the left-hand side. A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven. Oven electrics will be tested prior to shipping.

Controls are mounted and wired in a NEMA 1 cabinet located on the right-hand side of the oven. Controls consist of a Honeywell UDC digital for temperature, Dual Partlow digital for high limits (Combustion Chamber & Work Area). Switches with signal lights for exhauster, circulating fan etc. flush mounted to the face of the control cabinet. Manual & Drawings are included with this oven,
