Wisconsin Walk-In Oven with double doors on one end. Ceramic fiber door gaskets and "BRIXON" spring latches provide a good seal. Oven floor consists of 1/4" steel plate. Aluminized steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels on both side walls and ceiling. Heating elements and circulating fan are in a separate dog house the above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a full combination (vertical and horizontal) pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. There is a powered exhauster located on top of the oven.

Controls are mounted and wired in a UL certified enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven.
