Mounted & Wired in a free standing panel includes signal lights, fused disconnect, two (2) amp meters, blast timer and PLC with HMI/Touchscreen Interface.

Used Wheelabrator continuous-feed wire mesh belt shot blast machine for cleaning, descaling, deburring, surface preparation, and finishing of compatible metal components. Features a 27-inch wide wire mesh conveyor belt with a 14-inch-high work opening, System is equipped with four (4) 20 HP VFD Wheels.Conveyor. Pitless design helps simplify installation by avoiding the need for a below-grade foundation pit. Components travel continuously through the blast chamber for multi-angle abrasive coverage. Suitable for compatible fabricated parts, castings, stampings, forgings, weldments, and machined components.
