Double doors with 2-point positive seal tension latches and high temperature stainless steel mesh over ceramic fiber gasketing for an excellent door seal. The door limit switch shuts off power to heating elements and circulating fan when the door is open. Aluminized steel interior with insulated floor and cart tracks. Cart tracks are on 38” centers with 5" wide tracks. Perforated air duct panels are located on both side walls. Tubular style heating elements and 7.5 H.P., 6000 CFM belt driven circulating fan are located above the work chamber. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the work area for good uniform heating. A 6" diameter fresh air inlet with slide damper is located on the front of the oven, and a 6" diameter exhaust vent with adjustable damper is located on top of the oven. There is an access panel located on the outside rear wall. Oven will be tested prior to shipping. This oven is in like new/UNUSED condition and includes manuals and drawings.

Controls are located in a NEMA 1 enclosure with a fused disconnect attached to the right-hand side of the oven. Yokogawa UP 750 digital programmable temperature control and a Yokogawa UT150L digital high limit. This oven also includes a Honeywell DR4300GP digital/paper recorder. Mounted and wired inside the control panel includes a Watlow SCR power controller, Allen Bradley Micrologix 1100 PLC (Ethernet Capable) etc. Mounted to the face of this enclosure includes switches and signal lights for power, heat, alarm, alarm silence, etc.
