Description
Single door with Brixon spring tension latches and a woven fiberglass gasket for a good door seal. A door limit switch cuts power to the elements when the door is opened. Stainless steel interior with 6 shelf brackets on 3" centers, no shelves are supplied with the oven. Heating elements and direct driven circulating fan are located under the work area. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal pattern across the chamber. A filtered fresh air inlet is located on the left hand side and an exhaust vent with adjustable damper is on top of the oven.

HoneywellUDC 2000 digital temperature controller, United Electric non indicating high limit and a HoneywellDR4200 round chart recorder are mounted to this enclosure. Control switches with indicating lightsare also flush mounted in this control panel. Solid state control relays, high limit contactor, motorstarter, fuses, relays etc. are located inside the panel. |
