Description
Single door with woven fiberglass gasket and Brixon spring tension latches for a good door seal.
Stainless Steel interior with 5 shelf brackets on 6" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with the oven.
Tubular style heating elements are located behind the work area. Direct driven circulating fan is
mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back pattern for good
uniform heating. An exhaust vent is mounted on top of the oven. Oven is mounted on a stand
providing a comfortable loading / unloading height and a storage shelf under the oven.
**Oven has been tested and is ready for immediate shipment.
